About The Author
Darby Elliott
This author is at heart a country boy, not a fan of the big city. Born into a family of dairy farmers’ I had become an employee of industrialized society. Passing through the years I’ve seen the country transition from a culture of personal responsibility to a society with all too many victim groups, encouraged by grifters in search of the dollar, media in search of ratings and politicians in pursuit of votes. Unity is a buzz word for elections and ultimately an impediment to their control.
While my books do focus on good defeating evil, harsh reprisals must be used to defeat evil. The sheep never seem to be able to draw upon the courage to defeat the wolf. I’m reminded of a quote from the original Star Trek, the best Star Trek, I might add. I find that evil usually wins, unless good is very, very good.
We can all hope that our society takes on a better demeanor in the future rather than the current level of intolerance and lack of respect for opposing points of view. Take comfort that the daily barrage of negativity presented by those who have agendas and a voice are only a very small fraction of the wonderful and tolerant people who inhabit this great nation.
